Order Cancellation Conditions

  • Orders Within 48 Hours: You may request to cancel your order directly if it has been placed within 48 hours and has not yet been shipped.

  • Orders Exceeding 48 Hours or Already Shipped: Orders that have exceeded 48 hours from the time of placement or have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please wait for the delivery to arrive and then contact us to initiate a return and refund. For more detailed instructions, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation Process

  • Contact our customer service team via email at client@qoraixelis.com or by phone at +1 (503) 253-8472 to submit your cancellation request. Please provide your order number and proof of payment.
  • Our customer service team will review and process your request immediately. Once approved, we will notify you of the outcome right away and initiate your refund.

Refund Details

  • Refund Method: Once the cancellation is confirmed, the refund will be credited back to the original bank card (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Depending on the processing speed of your financial institution or card issuer, we expect the refund to arrive in your account within 1 to 5 business days. If you do not see the credit after 5 business days, please contact us for assistance.

Cancellation Fees

We do not charge any cancellation handling fees or restocking fees for orders cancelled within the eligible cancellation window. You will receive a 100% full refund of your payment.

Order Information Modifications

If you need to modify order details (such as the delivery address or recipient information) instead of cancelling, please submit your request within 48 hours of order placement before the package is shipped. Once dispatched, order details cannot be altered.

Cancellations Initiated by Us

In rare events such as unexpected inventory shortages or quality inspection issues prior to packaging, we reserve the right to cancel the order. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
